They trust us
Centre-du-Québec, on our route.
Panosphere 360 is based in Boucherville, on Montreal’s South Shore, and works across Quebec. Along Highway 20, we have captured shops and clinics in Drummondville and Saint-Hyacinthe, and scanned the Daveluyville and Villeroy rest areas in 3D for the Quebec Ministry of Transport. A virtual tour in Drummondville means the same Matterport Pro3 camera, the same price grid and the same contact person as in Montreal; only the travel fee is added, shared on a regional route.
01
Visible on your Google Business Profile
A shop, a clinic or an office is a non-residential location: its tour is published on Google Maps and Google Street View. Customers who search for you on Google step inside before they hit the road, as they do at BBQ Labonté.
02
A 3D tour you can measure
The Matterport Pro3 camera is accurate to ±20 mm at 10 m, according to Matterport, and the 2D floor plan is included. Useful for a factory, a space for lease or a public building to maintain.
03
Shared travel costs
Beyond about 100 km from Montreal, travel is billed at $0.73/km and shared between the sites on the same route. The amount for your address is written in the quote, before the capture.
04
One person, service in French
Marc Durand Bréard handles your project from the quote to the one-hour training, which is included. Whether you are a downtown shop or a municipality, you deal with a single contact.
Who it serves in Drummondville.
Factories and industrial parks
A measurable 3D tour of your facilities to receive contracting clients, welcome new employees and plan a layout change, without bringing anyone onto the floor.
Shops and showrooms
Downtown, on Rue Lindsay or elsewhere, the shop can be toured from its Google Business Profile: customers spot the models on display and arrive with a clear idea, as they do at BBQ Labonté.
Clinics and health professionals
Patients see the reception area, the rooms and the access before their first appointment. The À Pas Devant occupational therapy centre in Drummondville and Zone Détente Spa Urbain in Saint-Hyacinthe have their tour on Google.
Municipalities, RCMs and public bodies
Rest areas, garages, workshops and service buildings scanned in 3D: managers assess, plan and maintain them remotely. The Daveluyville and Villeroy rest areas were scanned this way for the Quebec Ministry of Transport.
Leisure venues and reception halls
Customers see the atmosphere and the layout before they book; an event planner scouts the room remotely. Circuit Téléguidé and Dooly’s in Saint-Hyacinthe have their Google tour.
Residential and commercial real estate
Brokers, developers and property managers: a house, a commercial space or an industrial space for lease can be toured in 3D, floor plan included, by buyers or tenants who do not live in the region.

Our projects in Drummondville and the region
In Drummondville, BBQ Labonté, a shop on Rue Saint-Édouard specializing in barbecues, fireplaces and outdoor cooking accessories, entrusted us with the 360° virtual tour of its showroom. Captured with Google Street View and published on its Google Maps listing, it lets customers in Drummondville and the surrounding area walk through the showroom from their phone, spot the brands and models on display, then come to the store with a clear idea.
Also in Drummondville, the À Pas Devant occupational therapy centre has its Google virtual tour, published on Google Maps: visitors discover the centre before stepping inside.
In October and November 2025, we scanned in 3D, for the Quebec Ministry of Transport (Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable), the Daveluyville rest area, on Highway 20 East, and the Villeroy rest area, on Highway 20 West. These digital twins, accessible remotely, help managers assess, plan and maintain the facilities without travelling every time.
Further west on Highway 20, in Saint-Hyacinthe, we produced the Google tours of Circuit Téléguidé, Dooly’s and Zone Détente Spa Urbain, a massage therapy and treatment centre on Avenue Pratte. You will find more examples in our portfolio.
Municipalities and neighbourhoods served
We capture throughout the city of Drummondville: downtown and Rue Lindsay, the Saint-Nicéphore and Saint-Charles-de-Drummond sectors, and the industrial parks. We also serve the rest of the Drummond RCM (regional county municipality) and neighbouring towns, including Victoriaville, Saint-Hyacinthe and Nicolet, as well as all of Centre-du-Québec.
Factory, shop, clinic, office or municipal building: the method and the price grid are the same as in Montreal. For a production building, see the industrial virtual tour; for a town hall, a municipal garage or a community centre, the virtual tour for municipalities page.
Travel and regional routes
Panosphere 360 is based in Boucherville, on Montreal’s South Shore. Beyond about 100 km from Montreal, a travel fee of $0.73/km is added to the capture price. To reduce it, we group captures in Drummondville and Centre-du-Québec into a regional route: the sites on the same route share these costs instead of each paying them in full.
The exact amount for your address is written in the quote, which you receive within 24 hours, before any capture. A little flexibility on the date lets us fill the route. On site, the capture can take place during the day, in the evening or on Saturday morning, and the tour is online 24 to 48 hours later in most cases. The rest is handled remotely: link, embed code for your website and publication on Google.
3D tour, Google tour or survey: which to choose in Drummondville?
- Matterport 3D tour: the navigable 3D model of your premises, with 2D floor plan, measurements and one year of hosting, to embed on your website. It is the right choice for a factory, a space for lease, a public building or a showroom. See the Matterport 3D virtual tour.
- Google virtual tour: the same capture, published on your Google Maps listing and in Google Street View (non-residential locations, $100 extra). For a shop or a clinic that wants to be found in local searches, like BBQ Labonté or À Pas Devant. See the Google virtual tour.
- Existing-conditions survey: for an architect, an engineer or a building manager preparing work, the 3D building scan provides a point cloud, plans and, if needed, a Revit model. For a floor plan alone, see the floor plan.
Check our prices or write to us with the address and area of your premises: you will receive a written quote within 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers.
Another question? Write to marc@panosphere360.com or call 514 262-9248.
Do you travel to Drummondville?
Yes. Panosphere 360 is based in Boucherville and captures in Drummondville and throughout Centre-du-Québec. Beyond about 100 km from Montreal, travel is billed at $0.73/km and shared between the sites on the same route; the amount for your address appears in the written quote.
How does a regional route work?
We group captures in the same region, for example Drummondville, Saint-Hyacinthe and Victoriaville, into a single trip. Each site pays its share of the costs instead of paying them in full. The more sites on the route, the less each one pays: that is why a little flexibility on the date helps.
What are the turnaround times?
You receive a written quote within 24 hours. The capture date depends on the route, and we confirm it with you before we travel. The tour is then online 24 to 48 hours after the capture in most cases.
Do you serve Saint-Nicéphore, Saint-Charles-de-Drummond and the rest of the Drummond RCM?
Yes: the whole city of Drummondville and the Drummond RCM, as well as Victoriaville, Nicolet, Saint-Hyacinthe and the surrounding area. The price grid is the same everywhere; only the travel fee varies with the address.
Can you publish the tour on our Google Business Profile?
Yes, for a non-residential location: shop, clinic, office, factory or public building. Publication on Google Maps and Google Street View costs $100 extra. BBQ Labonté in Drummondville and Zone Détente Spa Urbain in Saint-Hyacinthe have their tour on their Google Business Profile this way.
Do we need to close during the capture?
No. We can capture in the evening or on Saturday morning, outside your busy hours. The premises just need to be tidy and the lights on.
Can you scan a factory or a public building?
Yes. The Matterport Pro3 camera is accurate to ±20 mm at 10 m, according to Matterport, and the 2D floor plan is included. That is how the Daveluyville and Villeroy rest areas were scanned for the Quebec Ministry of Transport. Beyond 10,500 sq. ft., you receive a quote within 24 hours.
How much does a virtual tour cost in Drummondville?
The grid is the same everywhere: $395 under 1,500 sq. ft., then $100 more for each additional 1,000 sq. ft., up to $1,295 for 10,500 sq. ft. The 2D floor plan and one year of hosting are included. The travel fee, shared on a route, and taxes are extra.
