Virtual tour branding

Your 3D tour, in your colours, in French and in English.

Branding a Matterport tour costs from $100 (standard: menu, logo, colours) to $500 (custom: bilingual, sections, aerial views), on top of the 3D tour from $395. Hosted at our own address, without the Matterport logo, anywhere in Quebec. Over 1,000 tours published on Google Maps since 2015. Phone: 514 262-9248.

  • Logo, colours, menu by sections
  • French and English at a single address
  • Matterport logo hidden
  • Hosted on 3d.visitevirtuellepanosphere360.com

They trust us

A tour that looks like your brand, not like a piece of software.

Straight out of the box, a Matterport tour displays Matterport’s interface and logo. Branding places it in a presentation in your colours: a welcome screen, your logo, a menu that leads straight to the important areas, and a French and an English version at the same address. Visitors see only you.

A real tour to explore

Candiac’s Atelier 25, in the City’s image.

The City of Candiac’s public works building: a menu in the City’s colours, six sections, 76 information tags sorted by category and three aerial views. Open the menu, switch languages, click on a tag: this is what your visitors will see.

What you receive

What branding includes.

  • A welcome screen and a menu

Title block with your logo, menu by sections, tag categories, and background music if you want it.

  • A French and an English version

Menu, sections and tags in both languages, at a single address, with the Matterport interface in the chosen language.

  • The Matterport logo hidden

No third-party brand on screen: only yours.

  • Integrated aerial views

With custom branding, your 360 drone panoramas form an “Aerial views” section that opens on top of the tour.

  • The link and the embed code

The branded tour is hosted on 3d.visitevirtuellepanosphere360.com; you receive the link and the code to place on your website.

You stay in control

You keep control of your tags.

On request, your team receives access to the Matterport editor for your tour. After the one-hour training session, it adds its tags, corrects a text or replaces a photo the same day. We then resynchronize the branded tour so that the menu and the categories reflect your changes.

  • Add and edit your tags: text, photos, videos, PDF, links
  • Name the rooms and place your highlights
  • Your changes resynchronized in the branded tour
  • One-hour training session by video call included
  • Editor access: $150 per year

How it works

From the first call to going live.

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call

You send us your logo, your colours and the sections you want. You receive a written quote.

  2. 2

The 3D tour, then your content

The Matterport tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the scan in most cases. You place your highlights in it and send us your texts, in French and in English.

  3. 3

    The branding

We build the welcome screen, the menu, the tag categories and, if applicable, the aerial views section, in both languages.

  4. 4

    Review and training

You review, we correct, then your team takes the one-hour training session and receives the link and the embed code.

Virtual tour branding: what it changes

A Matterport 3D virtual tour as delivered works very well, but it looks like all the others: same interface, same logo, same buttons. Virtual tour branding places it in a presentation branded to your identity. A welcome screen opens the tour with your logo and a welcome message. A menu, in your colours and in fonts close to those of your website, leads straight to the important areas. Information tags are sorted by category, and the Matterport logo disappears.

The result is a custom virtual tour, white-label hosted on 3d.visitevirtuellepanosphere360.com, with its own link and embed code. The Matterport tour remains whole: 3D dollhouse view, floor plan view, measurement tool.

French and English at a single address

It is one of the first requests from institutions and businesses that serve both communities: a bilingual virtual tour, without duplicating links. With custom branding, visitors choose their language when the tour opens; the menu, the sections, the categories and the tags switch, and the Matterport interface follows. A single tour to keep up to date.

Sections, categories and aerial views

The menu is organized in sections (Exterior, Administration, Workshops, for example), each with its highlights and its tags; when there is a lot of information, the tags are sorted into categories that visitors show or hide. If you ordered aerial 360 drone views, they form an “Aerial views” section: each panorama opens on top of the tour, without leaving it, to place the building in its neighbourhood.

Two levels: standard or custom

Standard branding ($100 to $250) suits most businesses and offices: menu, logo and colours, Matterport logo hidden. Custom branding ($500 to $650) adds the bilingual version, the sections, the tag categories, music if you want it and the integration of aerial views. In both cases, the base is the Matterport 3D tour, from $395 depending on floor area, with the 2D floor plan and one year of hosting. For the content of the tags, see the enhanced virtual tour; for sharing on your website, your Google Business Profile and your social media, see web integration.

Your team edits its tags, we resynchronize

Branding does not lock in your content. With access to the Matterport editor ($150 per year) and the one-hour training session included, your team adds a tag, corrects a text or replaces a photo the same day. We then resynchronize the branded tour so that the menu and the categories reflect your changes. If you would rather leave the work to us, content added by our team is billed at $90 per hour.

Three branded tours by Panosphere 360

Atelier 25, for the City of Candiac. The new public works building: a menu in the City’s colours, 76 information tags sorted by category, six sections and three aerial views. See also our virtual tours for municipalities.

Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes. A campus presented in a four-section menu, in the college’s colours and fonts, with 41 tags. The same principle serves schools, CEGEPs and universities for an open house all year round.

The Produits Zitta showroom. 102 tags, one per product, in a presentation in the manufacturer’s image. The same principle serves hotels: according to a case study published by Matterport (among Matterport’s clients, not Panosphere’s), hotels with a branded tour obtained up to 20% more direct bookings.

A Matterport tour with no third-party logo, with Panosphere 360

A single person, Marc Durand Bréard, from the quote to the training; more than 1,000 tours published on Google Maps since 2015; Matterport Service Partner, equipped with the Pro3 camera; scans possible in the evening and on Saturday mornings, service in French, across Quebec. See our prices and our portfolio, or write to us: a 30-minute call is all it takes to set the sections, the languages and the date.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our answers.

Another question? Write to marc@panosphere360.com or call 514 262-9248.

What is virtual tour branding?

It is the presentation added around your Matterport tour: welcome screen, logo, colours, a menu by sections, tag categories and, if needed, music and aerial views. The tour stays the same, presented in your colours.

Can the Matterport logo be removed?

Yes. Branding hides the Matterport logo and displays yours. The branded tour is hosted on 3d.visitevirtuellepanosphere360.com, outside Matterport’s website.

Can the tour be bilingual at a single address?

Yes. Visitors choose French or English; the menu, the sections and the tags switch languages, and the Matterport interface follows. One link to share.

What is the difference between standard and custom branding?

Standard branding ($100 to $250) includes the menu, your logo and your colours. Custom branding ($500 to $650) adds the bilingual version, the sections, the tag categories and the integration of aerial views.

Can I edit my tags myself?

Yes. With editor access ($150 per year) and the one-hour training session included, your team adds or corrects its tags in the Matterport editor. We then resynchronize the branded tour.

Does the branding survive a new scan?

Yes. After a new scan or a partial update, we attach the branding to the up-to-date model and resynchronize the tags. The menu does not need to be rebuilt.

Is it readable on a phone?

Yes. The menu and the tags adapt to phones and tablets as well as computers. The tour opens in the browser, without an app.

Can music or a welcome video be added?

Yes. Background music can accompany the tour, and a video can be embedded in a tag or in a section of the menu.

Is there an annual fee?

Branding is paid once. Hosting is included for the first year, then from $150 per year; editor access, if you take it, is $150 per year.

How long does it take to brand a tour?

The 3D tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the scan in most cases. Branding is then added, within a few days depending on the number of sections, tags and languages.
