For a parent, choosing a daycare is a decision based on trust. Even before picking up the phone, they want to see where their child will spend their days. A 360° virtual tour of your daycare or CPE perfectly addresses this need: it showcases your facilities transparently, reassures parents, and converts more Google searches into registration requests.
As a Google-certified professional photographer, I have been creating virtual tours for daycares, CPEs and private daycares throughout Quebec since 2015.
Why your daycare needs a virtual tour
- Trust before registration. Parents compare several daycare centers online before visiting. Those that offer virtual tours of their premises have a head start: nothing to hide, everything to show.
- Fewer physical visits, but better targeted. Parents who travel to your location have already seen your facilities: in-person visits become confirmations rather than discoveries. You save time on administrative tasks, and so do they.
- Immediate differentiation. In most neighborhoods, no competing daycare center yet offers a virtual tour. This is an advantage that's directly visible on Google Maps.
- Online registration. Families relocating, parents in a hurry: virtual visits allow for informed decisions even from hundreds of kilometers away.
What parents see in your virtual tour
The video highlights what matters most to them: the playroom and play areas, the dormitory, the kitchen and dining areas, the outdoor courtyard, the reception area, and the changing rooms. Safety features—secure doors, compliant facilities, and cleanliness—become visible rather than emphasized. This is your best argument for enrollment, available 24/7.
Compliance and confidentiality: zero compromise
Recording in a childcare setting requires a rigorous approach, and this is at the heart of my method:
- No children or faces were captured. : the recording takes place outside of opening hours or in vacated premises.
- In accordance with Law 25 on the protection of personal information in Quebec.
- Blurring available for any sensitive element (displayed photos of children, documents, names).
- You approve the complete visit before it is published online.
How does it work?
1. Making an appointment
A 15-minute call to understand your premises and choose the right package. We schedule the recording for a time when the premises are available.
2. On-site recording (1 to 2 hours)
I travel with professional Matterport and 360° equipment. Filming a typical daycare takes between 1 and 2 hours, without disrupting your operations.
3. Delivery in 5 to 7 business days
You receive your edited virtual tour, with points of interest and identification of the premises.
4. Integration wherever it counts
Your visit is integrated into your website, your Google Business Profile (Google Maps), and your Facebook page. I'll handle the technical setup.
Daycare and CPE Fees

FAQ — Virtual tour for daycare centers
Do any children appear during the tour?
No, never. Filming takes place outside of opening hours or in temporarily vacated premises. No child, parent, or staff member appears without written consent.
How long does the recording last?
Between 1 and 2 hours for a typical daycare session. I can adapt to your schedule: early morning, evening, or weekend.
On which platforms will the tour be visible?
On your website, your Google listing (Google Maps and Google Search) and your social media. You also receive a direct link to share with parents via email.
Is it necessary to redo the inspection if a room is being renovated?
Only if the change is significant. Partial recapture is possible at a reduced rate for a specific location.
Does a virtual tour really help with Google ranking?
Yes. A Google listing enhanced with a virtual tour is more engaging, and engagement (time spent viewing, clicks, requests for directions) is a positive signal for your local ranking.
Do you offer this service outside of Montreal?
Yes, everywhere in Quebec. Travel outside of Greater Montreal and Montérégie may incur fees depending on the distance — clearly specified in the quote.
