Virtual showroom: your 3D showroom online, open 24/7
Your showroom, open around the clock.
A virtual showroom starts at $395 under 1,500 sq. ft., floor plan and one year of hosting included; product tags are added at $90 per hour or by your own team. Captured without closing, 1 to 2 hours for a store; online within 24 to 48 hours in most cases, anywhere in Quebec, since 2015. Call 514 262-9248.
- One tag per product: sheet, price, purchase link
- Measurable by the visitor
- Publishable on your Google Business Profile
- Updated by your team
They trust us
A catalogue you can walk through.
A showroom exists so that customers can see, compare and touch. The virtual version keeps the first two: you move through it as if on site, approach a display, click on the product to read its sheet, see its price and go on to buy. It is open in the evening, on Sundays and from the other end of Quebec, and it prepares the in-person visit instead of replacing it.
01
Every product has its tag
Description, photos, PDF spec sheet, price and link to the purchase page, placed in front of the product on display.
02
Customers measure from home
Any visitor can measure a piece of furniture, a countertop or a slab in the tour, and check that it will fit in their space before making the trip.
03
More appointments, fewer samples
According to Matterport, GUESS doubled its showroom appointments and Perry Ellis cut its travel by 75% and its samples by 50 to 60%. These are Matterport clients, not Panosphere clients.
04
Up to date with every collection
A product withdrawn, a price changed, a new arrival: the tag is edited online, by your team or by ours, without rescanning.
05
Found on Google
For a retailer or a manufacturer, the tour is published on your Google Business Profile; customers discover it before they even open your website.
A real tour to explore
Produits Zitta: 102 clickable products.
Click to enter the Produits Zitta showroom: every product on display has its information tag, with its sheet. The Vicostone Canada showroom, below, presents its quartz slabs the same way, in 58 tags.

Good to know: the tour does not replace your online store
A tag’s purchase link leads to the product page on your website; the transaction takes place with you, not in the tour. With a virtual reality headset, the showroom can be explored, but the product tags do not display.
What is a virtual showroom?
A virtual showroom is a Matterport 3D virtual tour of your showroom in which every product on display is clickable. The Pro3 camera scans the room display by display; the assembled model can be explored in a browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, with no app. We then place an information tag in front of each product: description, photos, PDF spec sheet, price and link to the purchase page.
The result is a 3D virtual showroom open at all times. A customer hesitating between two finishes compares them in the evening, from home; a designer checks a dimension; a retailer in another region sees the full range without travelling. And when they come in person, they already know what they want to see.
A product catalogue inside a virtual tour
The tags are only the beginning. Matterport offers several tools to organize an online showroom of dozens or hundreds of products:
- Layers group the tags by collection, category or promotion; visitors show the ones they are interested in.
- Search finds a product by its name or number in the content of the tags.
- CSV file import creates or updates tags in bulk from your product list; according to Matterport, it has been tested with up to 1,000 tags.
- Views present the same showroom to two audiences, for example with retail prices for the general public and wholesale prices for retailers.
All of this builds on the enhanced virtual tour and on branding to your identity: logo, colours, menu by sections, French and English versions, Matterport logo hidden.
Customers measure from home
A piece of furniture, a countertop, a quartz slab: before buying, customers want to know whether it will fit. Matterport’s measurement tool is available to every visitor, with no account: it measures the width of a cabinet or the height of a light fixture directly in the tour. The Pro3 is accurate to ±20 mm at 10 m, according to Matterport. These measurements are for checking and comparing; manufacturing is done to your own dimensions.
Two showrooms scanned by Panosphere 360
Produits Zitta. A showroom of 102 tags: every product on display has its sheet, placed in front of it. This is the featured tour above.
Vicostone Canada. Large quartz slabs on easels, presented in 58 tags: customers choose their finish and check the dimensions before ordering.
The same principle applies to a retailer’s store and to a dealership’s showroom. In B2B, according to Matterport, GUESS doubled its showroom appointments and DIY Kitchens made its kitchen showroom open to visitors 24 hours a day; these are Matterport clients, not Panosphere clients.
Being found: Google Business Profile, website, analytics
For a retailer, a manufacturer or a dealership, the tour is published on your Google Business Profile ($100 more): customers discover it in Google Maps before they even open your website. See the Google virtual tour. On your website, the embed code is provided; in your emails and on your social networks, a link is enough.
Matterport provides, for each tour, the number of visits, unique visitors and impressions. Branding adds a “Book an appointment” or “Contact us” button in the tour; custom branding, Google Analytics tracking. See analytics and leads.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers.
Another question? Write to marc@panosphere360.com or call 514 262-9248.
Can each product be linked to its purchase page?
Yes. Each tag holds a description, photos, a PDF spec sheet, the price and a link to the product page on your website or online store. Customers go from the showroom to the purchase in one click.
Can customers measure a piece of furniture or a slab in the tour?
Yes. Matterport’s measurement tool is available to every visitor: width of a countertop, height of a cabinet, dimensions of a slab. The Pro3 is accurate to ±20 mm at 10 m, according to Matterport; the measurements are for checking, not for manufacturing.
Can the showroom be updated with every collection?
Yes, without rescanning: removing a product, adding one, changing a price or a photo is done online, by your team with editor access or by ours at $90/hr. A complete rearrangement of the showroom calls for a new scan.
Is it useful in B2B?
Yes. A manufacturer shows its range to retailers, designers and contractors without shipping samples. According to Matterport, Perry Ellis, one of its clients, cut its travel by 75% and its samples by 50 to 60%.
How many products can be linked?
As many as you display: the Produits Zitta showroom has 102 tags, Vicostone Canada’s, 58. For long lists, tags are imported from a CSV file.
How long does it take to produce the virtual showroom?
The 3D tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the scan in most cases. The product tags are then added; the turnaround depends on their number and on the availability of your product sheets.
Can the showroom be published on Google Maps?
Yes, for a retailer, a manufacturer or a dealership: $100 more. Google receives the tour’s panoramas; the product tags are viewed in the Matterport tour, on your website.
Can we know how many people visit the showroom?
Yes. Matterport provides the number of visits, unique visitors and impressions. Branding adds a contact or appointment button in the tour; custom branding, Google Analytics tracking.
