They trust us

Serving the Eastern Townships from the South Shore.

Panosphere 360 is based in Boucherville, on Montreal’s South Shore, and captures anywhere in Quebec. In Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships, we work on regional routes: one day on site for the capture, the tour online 24 to 48 hours later in most cases, and everything else is handled remotely. The camera, the method and the price grid are the same as in Montreal; only travel is added.

A real tour to explore

A Ministry service area, in 3D.

This tour is not in the Eastern Townships: it is the Point-du-Jour service area, on Highway 40 in Lavaltrie, scanned for the Quebec Ministry of Transport. We show it as an example of the same type of assignment as the Curtis rest area in Stanstead-Est. Click to launch the tour, rotate the dollhouse view, then step inside the building.

Who it’s for in Sherbrooke.

How it works

From the first call to going live.

  1. 1

    Quote within 24 hours

You tell us the address, the approximate area and what needs to be captured. You receive a written quote, travel fees included, within 24 hours.

  2. 2

    A route date

We set the date with you and, when possible, group the region’s captures on the same route to share travel. Evenings and Saturday mornings are possible.

  3. 3

    Capture in one day

Marc Durand Bréard captures your space with the Matterport Pro3 camera, usually without closing: the capture works around your activities.

  4. 4

Online within 24 to 48 hours

The tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the capture in most cases, with its 2D floor plan. The one-hour training and Google publication, if applicable, are then handled remotely.

Public pricing

The same prices as in Montreal.

The price grid is the same everywhere in Quebec. The price follows the area captured and includes the capture, the 3D tour, the 2D floor plan and one year of hosting. In the Eastern Townships, only travel is added, shared between the sites on the same route.

Our projects in Sherbrooke and the region

In the Eastern Townships, our project is the Curtis rest area, on northbound Highway 55 in Stanstead-Est. We scanned it in 3D for the Quebec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility in October and November 2025, on a route of five rest areas. Captured with the Matterport Pro3 camera, the rest area becomes a digital twin accessible remotely, which helps the Ministry’s infrastructure managers assess, plan and maintain the facilities. The assignment is presented in the Quebec Ministry of Transport case study.

The tour shown above is not Curtis: it is the Point-du-Jour service area, on Highway 40 in Lavaltrie, scanned for the same Ministry. We show it as an example of what this type of assignment delivers: a dollhouse view you can rotate, a floor plan view and a building you can walk through.

Elsewhere in Quebec, institutions and public bodies entrust us with the same work: Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, in Longueuil, for its virtual open house, or the City of Candiac, for Atelier 25, its public works building. The same camera, the same method and the same public prices apply in Sherbrooke.

Municipalities and neighbourhoods served

In Sherbrooke, we capture in every sector: downtown, Fleurimont, Jacques-Cartier, Rock Forest, Lennoxville and Brompton. Shops on rue Wellington and boulevard King Ouest, schools and healthcare facilities, plants and warehouses, rental buildings: each finds its use, from the Google Business Profile to the 3D survey.

Around Sherbrooke, we serve Magog and Orford, for tourism and outdoor recreation (inns, resorts, cottages, attractions), Coaticook and Stanstead, as well as Granby and Bromont. A Sherbrooke organization that also has a site in Magog or Granby can have both captured on the same route.

Travel and regional routes

Panosphere 360 is based in Boucherville, on Montreal’s South Shore. Beyond about 100 km from Montreal, a travel fee of $0.73/km is added to the price of the tour; it appears in the written quote. When several sites in the Eastern Townships are captured on the same route, those fees are shared between them. That is how we work for the Ministry: the Curtis rest area was part of a route of five rest areas.

On site, the capture takes one day, usually without closing, and in the evening or on Saturday morning if needed. The tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the capture in most cases. After that, everything is handled remotely: delivery of the link and the embed code, Google publication for non-residential locations, the one-hour training included and, on request, editor access so your team can add its own information tags. A single person, Marc Durand Bréard, guides you from the quote to the training.

3D tour, Google or survey: which to choose in Sherbrooke?

For a property in Orford, a campus or a large site, 360 aerial views by drone ($450 to $495) place the premises in their landscape; Marc Durand Bréard is a certified drone pilot, and Panosphere 360 is a Matterport Service Partner. Check our prices and our portfolio, or write to us for a written quote within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our answers.

Another question? Write to marc@panosphere360.com or call 514 262-9248.

Do you travel to Sherbrooke?

Yes. We are based in Boucherville and capture anywhere in Quebec. Beyond about 100 km from Montreal, a travel fee of $0.73/km is added; it appears in the written quote and is shared between the sites on the same route.

How long does it take to get our tour?

You receive the quote within 24 hours. The capture date is set with you, often as part of a regional route, and the tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the capture in most cases.

Do we need to close our premises during the capture?

Usually not: the capture works around your activities. To keep your customers and staff out of the images, we can also capture in the evening or on Saturday morning.

Which parts of Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships do you serve?

All of Sherbrooke: downtown, Fleurimont, Jacques-Cartier, Rock Forest, Lennoxville and Brompton. We also serve Magog, Orford, Coaticook, Stanstead, Granby and Bromont, and anywhere else in Quebec.

Can you publish the tour on our Google Business Profile?

Yes, for non-residential locations: businesses, offices, institutions, tourist attractions. The same capture is published on Google Maps and in Google Street View for an additional $100. We have published over 1,000 tours on Google Maps since 2015.

Have you already worked in the Eastern Townships?

Yes: the Curtis rest area, on northbound Highway 55 in Stanstead-Est, scanned in 3D for the Quebec Ministry of Transport in October and November 2025, on a route of five rest areas. The other projects in our portfolio are elsewhere in Quebec, captured with the same camera and the same method.

We have several buildings in the Eastern Townships: how does it work?

Each building gets its own tour, priced on the grid according to its area, and all of them are captured on the same route. The travel fees are then shared between the sites.

After the capture, do you need to come back for adjustments?

No, everything is handled remotely: the one-hour training included, publication and adjustments to the tour. On request, your team also receives editor access ($150/year) to add its own information tags.
