They trust us
A virtual tour in Longueuil, captured by a neighbour.
Since 2015, we have been capturing on the South Shore: a private school in Longueuil, dealerships, restaurants, shops and a clinic in the agglomeration. A 360° virtual tour lets your future students, your customers and your tenants step inside before they travel, on your website, in an email or on your Google Business Profile.
01
A capture close to home
Longueuil is a few minutes from Boucherville. The capture is scheduled with no travel fees, in the evening or on Saturday mornings if needed.
02
Visible on your Google Business Profile
For a store, a restaurant or a dealership, the tour is published on Google Maps and in Google Street View (+$100, non-residential locations only), where your customers look for places to go.
03
The dollhouse view, the floor plan and measurements
The Matterport 3D tour includes the dollhouse view, a 2D floor plan and the measurement tool. The Pro3 camera is accurate to ±20 mm at 10 m, according to Matterport.
04
One person, from start to finish
Marc Durand Bréard handles the quote, the capture and the one-hour training included. On request, your team receives access to the editor to add its own information tags.
A real tour to explore
Step inside the Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes.
The school’s custom Matterport tour, at 845 chemin Tiffin in Longueuil: a four-section menu (Living Spaces, Classrooms, Sports Complex and Outdoors), 27 locations one click away and 41 information tags. Alongside it, the Théâtre de la Providence, the school’s performance hall, has its own tour.

Performance and reception halls
Theatre companies, organizers and audience members see the stage, the control booth and the seats before booking; the 2D floor plan is included.

Boulevard Taschereau, avenue Victoria in Saint-Lambert or rue Roberval in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville: customers walk into the store from Google Maps.

Our projects in Longueuil and the surrounding area
Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes. For this private secondary school at 845 chemin Tiffin, we produced the complete Matterport 3D virtual tour of the facilities. The building was captured with the Pro3 camera in several scans, merged into a single digital twin, from the parking lot to the last room. The tour is presented in the school’s colours, with a four-section menu, 27 locations and 41 information tags written by the school: families take the open house all year round, from home. The Théâtre de la Providence, the school’s performance hall, has its own separate tour, with a menu of locations: orchestra left, centre and right, balcony, stage and control booth. See the Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes project.
Duval Volkswagen and Duval Toyota. On rue Jean-Neveu in Longueuil, Duval Volkswagen has its Google Street View tour of the showroom and reception areas, published on Google Maps. In Boucherville, Duval Toyota, on rue Ampère, has three Google Street View routes: the showroom, the customer area and the facilities.
In Old Longueuil and Greenfield Park. The Ben & Florentine restaurant on rue du Colisée had its 360° tour published on its Google Maps listing, and the Animalerie Aquanimo in Longueuil also has its Google tour. On boulevard Taschereau in Greenfield Park, the Céramic Café Studio can be toured the same way.
In neighbouring cities. In Boucherville, the Service médical privé; in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, the florist Le Marché aux Fleurs, on rue Roberval, and the Ski Saint-Bruno ski hill; in Saint-Lambert, the Le Balcon d’Art gallery, on avenue Notre-Dame, and the Palm Isle Skateshop, on avenue Victoria. These are all Google Street View tours.
Municipalities and neighbourhoods served
We serve all of Longueuil: Old Longueuil and the restaurants on rue Saint-Charles, Saint-Hubert, Greenfield Park and LeMoyne, the shops on boulevard Taschereau and the offices near the metro. Within the agglomeration, we also capture in Boucherville, where we are based, in Brossard, in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and in Saint-Lambert.
Does your organization have other sites? We also capture in Montreal and across Quebec, with the same service in French and the same price list.
Travel and routes
In Longueuil, there are no travel fees: the city is a few minutes from Boucherville, well within the threshold of about 100 km from Montreal beyond which a fee of $0.73/km applies. The same is true for the whole agglomeration.
Do you have several places to capture, such as two branches or a school and its performance hall? We capture them one after the other, in the evening or on Saturday mornings if needed, so as not to disturb your customers or your students. If your organization also has sites in the regions, they can be grouped on one route: the travel fees are then shared between the sites.
3D tour, Google tour or survey: which to choose in Longueuil?
- You want to be found on Google Maps (store, restaurant, dealership, clinic): the Google virtual tour. The same capture gives you the full 3D tour, published on your Google Business Profile for $100 more.
- You want people to visit and measure (school, hall, offices, building): the Matterport 3D virtual tour, with the dollhouse view, the 2D floor plan and measurements. To add your text, videos and links, see the enhanced virtual tour; for a college or a school, the school virtual tour page.
- You are preparing work (architect, contractor, property manager): the 3D building scan, the 3D survey of existing conditions, and the floor plan.

How soon is the tour ready?
You receive a written quote within 24 hours. The capture date is set with you, and the tour is online 24 to 48 hours after the capture in most cases, with its link, its embed code and the 2D floor plan.
Which neighbourhoods and municipalities do you serve?
All of Longueuil: Old Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, Greenfield Park and LeMoyne. Also Boucherville, Brossard, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Saint-Lambert, and, beyond the agglomeration, Montreal and the rest of Quebec.
Can the tour appear on our Google Business Profile?
Yes, for a non-residential location: store, restaurant, dealership, clinic or school. Publication on Google Maps and in Google Street View costs $100 more than the 3D tour. The Ben & Florentine restaurant in Old Longueuil and Duval Volkswagen had their tour published on Google Maps.
Do we need to close during the capture?
No. If needed, we capture in the evening or on Saturday mornings, outside your opening hours or busy periods. The premises just need to be tidy and lit the way you want to show them.
How much does a virtual tour cost in Longueuil?
$395 for under 1,500 sq. ft., then $100 more for each additional 1,000 sq. ft., up to $1,295 for 9,501 to 10,500 sq. ft. The 2D floor plan and one year of hosting are included; above 10,500 sq. ft., you receive a quote within 24 hours. Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.
Can you capture a school or a large building?
Yes. At the Collège Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, the building was captured in several scans, merged into a single digital twin, then presented in a menu in the school’s colours. Custom branding costs $500 to $650; above 10,500 sq. ft., you receive a quote within 24 hours.
Google tour, 3D tour or survey: which should we choose?
To be found on Google Maps, the Google virtual tour. To show and measure a school, a hall or a building, the Matterport 3D tour, with information tags if needed. For an architect, a contractor or a property manager preparing work, the 3D building scan, in other words the survey of existing conditions.
